Cricklade is a small Thames-side town with older properties and village homes around it. We cover the town and the surrounding area, looking at each roof on its own terms. For an older home, that means understanding the covering and details already in place before recommending changes. A visible fault is a reason to inspect, not enough on its own to say that the whole roof needs replacing.
When you contact us, describe the problem and tell us anything useful about getting to the property. We can then arrange to look at the roof, take photographs and discuss the work it needs. Whether you are dealing with a persistent leak or considering a replacement, we provide a written quote so you can review our recommendation before making a decision about your home.

Groundwork and property
Roofs in and around Cricklade
Older roofs in and around Cricklade benefit from an assessment that considers more than the most obvious damaged area. We look at the existing covering and relevant junctions before deciding the extent of a repair. For a village property, discussing access in advance can also help with planning the work. We would not infer a particular roof material or structural problem simply from the age or location of a house. The aim is to understand the actual condition and propose work appropriate to that property.
